The front desk staff (and valet team) are truly amazing! Just minutes before I was leaving to go to my son’s graduation my glasses broke and the front desk staff were extremely helpful to find crazy glue and basically were just the nicest group ever! The hotel is convenient to everything “Pitt” and our room was wonderful and clean and we even lucked out with a view of the Cathedral of Learning which was a great treat! Highly recommend this hotel! They made Commencement Weekend so enjoyable (even during a snowy weekend when driving was a challenge)! The staff just cared and treated us like family! H2Pitt 💛💙

I have stayed at this hotel while visiting my son at college multiple times and it is always wonderful. The rooms are clean. The staff is nice and it’s very centrally located to the university. The lobbies and downstairs reading and gaming area is always so cozy and inviting and with the holiday decorations, it was delightful this trip.
