Great experience
Stay for one night so we could attend a Pitt basketball game. Everything was wonderful. Easy in valet, parking and check in. Front desk staff was super friendly and answered all our questions. Lots of good options for food close by and an easy 10 minute walk to the Pete event center. Excellent trip! Will stay here again for sure!

Was not told that housekeeping services were only provided every other day. Both mattresses in room need replacement. Difficult access to front desk which is accessible by stairs. No direct elevator service to that area, only by a “lift”.
