Room on the third floor was right above garbage collection point off the alley so garbage trucks were in and out. Housekeeping never showed after being gone all day. Reception brought clean towels and used towels were placed by the door. Housekeeping never retrieved them..still in hallway at check out.

The hotel is gorgeous and in close proximity to everything we planned on seeing. The bed was a bit uncomfortable - too firm for our liking. We attempted to have dinner at The Commoner and took seats at the bar. After waiting for several minutes and being ignored by the bartender, we left to look for dinner elsewhere. Overall, though, we had a great time in Pittsburgh.
