If I have a choice, I'm choosing the other one
The staff did the best they could. Having said that, our 1st room had toothpast still in the sink.Then there was a stain in the blankets, was it blood? Was it marker? Who knows? So they changed our room to one down the hall. in the midst of that transfer, we somehow lost a baseball cap. Apparently no one could let us know if it was in the room, apparently they filled the room almost immediately after we moved. No where to be found. And magically never seen. We moved 4 rooms down. the new room?? Not a single towel. So they gave us pool towels. Breakfast was a joke and bare. Everything was out - juice, milk, and hardly any food choices. The hotel sufficed but will not stay here again.

Great place to stay!
Customer service was amazing. Mike at the front desk was very nice and Rebecca was super helpful. The entire hotel was extremely clean. The breakfast bar had different choices every day and was also very clean. This will be my go to hotel whenever I visit Pittsburgh. The location is great, free parking, the drive into the city isn’t bad- especially if you go the back way around the tunnel.

Good hotel.
We just stayed for one night but it was clean, updated, and smelled great when we walked in. We were greeted by friendly woman at the front. The only thing was there was a hole in the bathroom where they removed a hook and moved it. But that was it. My son and I had a good stay. A little tricky to get to but it was nice

Fine but Disappointing
Our stay was fine but a bit disappointing for a Hampton Inn. I generally view Hampton's as an updated, modern, inexpensive hotel, but this one was a bit of a let down. Rooms and lobby were pretty outdated. Room smelled like a wet dog had been living there for a few months. The room was definitely clean, so I have no concerns about that, but the general vibe of this hotel was much closer to that of a cheap motel than what I've experienced with other Hampton Inn's. With that being said, we wouldn't be opposed to staying at a Hampton again in the future, but definitely not this location and would likely opt for something else first if costs were similar.

Meh. But great staff.
Honestly, the staff here was so friendly and welcoming. Very helpful to us as a family with suggestions of where to eat locally. As we were all in town for a funeral. However, our room in-particular was not the cleanest. I ended up cleaning the tub and bathroom myself before we could shower. Dust in the main room, and carpet not vacuumed.
