Overall a nice stay, very continent to have a hotel shuttle running every 5 mins. Only complaint is I could hear the neighbors through the ceiling. A child upset and people moving things at 3am is not cool. I didn’t get good sleep at all, had to play music to drown it out and ultimately just went and worked out at 430am!

We are two people staying in this hotel room, but there is only one water cup. The shower switch in the bathroom is stuck, so the hot water cannot be fully turned on, and only a small amount of water comes out. Also, some facilities are lacking.

As always the hotel and restaurant were great. Something different with the upgrades to the airport is the walkway to the airport has closed. You must take a hotel shuttle to and from the terminal now. It runs about every 15 minutes 24/7, but it was something I was unaware.

I've stayed at this hotel numerous times before an early morning flight. It costs significantly more than comparable hotels near the airport, but the ease of walking from my room to my gate made it worth it (in the past). With recent construction, there is no longer a way to walk from the hotel to the airport. Didn't find that out until after we checked in. They told me that plenty of shuttles were available to take us to the airport in the morning. It was mayhem. Two small (maybe 8-10 person) shuttles were available. I waited among at least 50 people and it was clear to me that I was going to miss my flight if I had waited. My wife and I left the hotel and walked a quarter mile to a long term parking shelter where we boarded a bus. Had we not had TSA Precheck we would have missed our flight. In the lower lobby where the masses were gathered to board a shuttle, there was not a hotel employee to be found. Never again. Save the money and stay near the mall.
