Front desk staff not engaging upon arrival. Just stood there and stared at us as we arrived. Main lobby and front desk is confusing as it doubles as the coffee bar and frontaq desk so actually saying "hello and welcome" would have in line with what I expect as a Hilton Honors Gold member from other properties. Asked to see fitness room and staff gave incorrect and incomplete instructions. Like I was bothering them to even ask. TV channels in room blocked college football games. Front desk informed me I can come watch at the bar. Mini fridge in room froze all of our food and drinks.
