Rooms are pretty rough. Had to have a butt print cleaned off the window. The staff was responsive, but it took them two trips, the second with me supervising, to get the window clean. Downtown Pittsburgh is awful, but this place is trying to be better. The restaurant is pretty good so you don't need to be out after dark. Buy the breakfast coupons, it saves you a pile of money.

We reserved our room in July. When we arrived to check in there was no parking available. We were referred to another lot nearby. When we left the next morning there were cars lined up waiting to pay their parking bill. It took over 30 minutes to get out since payment was only accepted by using the phone app which was slow and very cumbersome. Also, when we returned to the hotel after a concert that evening, two of the elevators in the lobby were not working resulting in long lines before you could back to your room. All in all very disappointing.
