Overall, my stay was poor. The room floors and bathroom were dirty. The walls are extremely thin and I could hear my neighbors’ every word, tv, move. Check in was mediocre with the staff lukewarm not saying hello or hardly making eye contact. My shower nozzle broke right off when I tried to use it. The hallways were dirty and the ice machines didn’t work on multiple floors. At checkout I had a kinder person, who upon telling her the shower broke, stated she would refund a $30 charge I had from the bar. Which was kind of her, until I was charged for the $30 they said they took off. Will not be staying there again.

Staff is very unfriendly especially the staff at the check in counter. My room card kept getting deactivated and it was not near my phone or wallet. I had to keep running downstairs to activate it which was ridiculous. No acknowledgement or apology from the staff. The AC in the room was so freaking loud that it made it difficult to sleep. This was not at the level I expected from a Sheraton hotel.

So so hotel.

Pool was closed for repairs. No hotel information in the room. I wanted to order some food since the restaurant wasn't open yet. They could've had menus for door dash or something.

Last minute hotel was ok. Nothing to brag about. The front desk seemed overwhelmed with booking and the phones ringing off the hook. They did allow me to have late checkout which as very kind so I could be comfortable waiting on my transportation

The hotel restaurant staff were rude, unfriendly, and acted like they did not want to be there. They forget multiple items of our order and acted like it was such an inconvenience to bring us the missing items. I would NOT recommend eating there since the service was subpar and that’s being kind.

The bed pillows were very comfortable— I wish I had them at home! The waitress at breakfast was very friendly and helpful. It would be nice to have fruit on the menu, and to offer something gluten&dairy free.
