Ehhh...

My family came down for a few nights for my graduate graduation and the hotel room was pretty gross regarding cleanliness... The glasses had lipstick stains, there were dead bugs around the glasses, some mystery wet stain on the chair, and just other issues with feeling comfortable and clean in the room.

This place is fine

The Hilton Philadelphia is a normal Hilton hotel. The room was nice, the bathroom beautiful. The view was just another concrete building. Parking was quite a distance away.

Just stayed two nights. Super convenient if you are going to the Mann Center!! Property is very nice. Staff is very nice, but with that being said, they are definitely understaffed!!! Had to accept a room with one bed, instead of two if we wanted to check in at 4pm. Rooms are updated and comfortable. We went for breakfast on the first morning and it was a big mistake!!! There were only two girls working and the one making coffee was completely rude. The girl waiting on tables was very sweet and doing her best. Wrong orders were coming out to customers. I don't think there was one customer who was there that wasn't frustrated!!! Parking is another negative situation!!! I would not stay here again!!

Overcrowded and Understaffed

It took us two hours to check in and almost two hours to get breakfast. Clearly they are understaffed and do not care. When you call downstairs no one answers. Winston was wonderful at front desk. The only one without an attitude. But again understaffed. I asked for my room to be serviced and no one ever came even though I went downstairs since no one was answering Guest Services or Room Service and the woman at the desk called them in front of me on the walkie talkie. The pool was slimy and clearly had not be cleaned again understaffed. Felt bad for the nice young ladies who serviced the bad/ food on Sunday morning and evening. Again understaffed. No lotion or anything just soap. Not one premium channel on the TV and no internet on tvs unable to stream. Clean they are just in it for the $$$ and pretend to be for hospitality but nope!
