Terrible condition

Room had peeling wallpaper. We never got room service and had to get our own towels! Alarm strobe lights went on for no reason and the maintenance staff couldn’t fix it, so we changed rooms. The second room was just as tatty as the first. Bathroom shower fixtures had visible caulking and leaked. This was definitely not up to Hilton standards!
