"Great Spot!"
I like the location because it allows me to be close to the strip without actually being on the strip. Never too crowded and you can't beat the price!!! Had one issues with the Gift shop . Nothing big it was just as I entered t he person at the register looked up and right pass me, like I was not there. Never said a word to me. The very next person to come to the door was immediately greeted with a good morning! and as I was leaving she looked up and not a word, but when someone else showed up at the door while I was exiting she gleefully greeted this person also. So I took it as maybe it was me this person had a problem with.

"Need better sound proofing"
To start; ended up paying $198. (In resort fees in addition to what I pre paid)for that money, should've had free cocktails at pool! Got all kinds of coupons for use (which we used) but was told we got 2 free show tix, but I ended up paying $115. Because at ticket office I was told it was buy one get one half off!!!! Or buy one, one free; in any case not 2 free show tix. Speaking of pool; drinks were $40. For 2 daiquiris that were probably 16 oz!! Pool is small for this size hotel; there were only a few cots left when we arrived! Also, if you're going to allow kids in the pools, particularly with diapers on.... Make a kiddie pool! I thought the pool water was gross! Looked like a huge oil slick on it, then when I saw babies with diapers in pool; enough for me!!! kahunaville was great! Food was surprisingly good! There was also a place with Chicago style hotdogs but almost $20 for hotdog and fries!!??? Crazy! But, this is Vegas!!! The beds were super comfy and huge bathroom! My biggest gripe was; we were on 31st floor, and it sounded like we were on 2nd or 3rd floor with windows open!!! So noisy! You can hear trains going by;blowing train whistle, motorcycles zooming by, horns beeping! I was woke several times by noise! Not very sound proof at all!!

"Circus Circus 2015"
There is not enough space here to do a full review of the hotel My first stay at CC was in 1995 and I have now stayed there at least 8 times. So here's an abbreviated review. THE GOOD: The hotel staff. I can't say enough GOOD things about them, Always helpful and with a smile on their faces. THE BAD: CC is one of the older hotels on the strip. It has gone through some remodeling, but there are things at need to be attended to. In the West Tower, there is a problem with the hot water. Sometimes there is NO hot water, just luke warm. The WiFi is very unstable. I had to log in at least twice a day, and coverage is very limited. The hotel charges an amenity fee of around $23 p/day. (All the hotels charge something). The bad news is; that walkins, (non paying visitors) also have access to all the same aminities for free. I'm 63 and don't use any of these aminities except the WiFi (which walkins can also use, as now there is NO password for access). This is just another way of charging more for each day's stay. THE UGLY: In not one of my stays, have I seen anyone clean the parking garage. To be honest, sometimes it stinks. This is a shame because most of the other hotels, do clean their parking areas. The elevator is in bad need of some cleaning and repairing, It is not a pretty site. Never the less, I have ALWAYS enjoyed my stay at Circus Circus, and I'm looking forward to next year.

I remember coming here as a kid so was a little concerned about the condition so many years later, but I found it wonderful as always. The rooms are quiet, modern and extremely clean. Walk out the front door and you have the entire downtown at your feet.

"Excellent staff!"
We have been coming to this property for quite some time. This is the first time we visited since it became a Westgate. The staff has a 100% turnaround in friendliness and genuine desire to help and please. The only thing that was a damper was the staff in the restaurant Sids. HORRIBLE! They are like walking zombie robots. Our server actually yelled at me because I asked if I could substitute potatoes for the pancakes. She yelled at me! Staff in all of the other outlets were extremely friendly and helpful. Pool - I was shocked to see the lifeguards texting on their phones when they were on duty. They did not look up. The pool was filled with children and they sat texting. I can't imagine why management would even let them have personal cell phones while on duty. Pool also needs to be kept cleaner, however I can understand that it gets gross with all the people in it.

Out and About in Las Vegas

Any trip to Las Vegas should begin with a walk down The Strip. The glitziest hotels and casinos line the street and never go dark. Get an amazing view of the city--and the surrounding mountains--by taking a ride on The High Roller, known as the "world's tallest observation wheel." After a morning spent riding high above the city, head to the downtown area and the Fremont Street Experience. This pedestrian mall has a zip line, light and sound show, and plenty of shops. Experience the lights of Old Vegas before heading back to The Strip and the nightly light and water shows put on by the 5-star hotels in Las Vegas.

    Eating and Drinking

Las Vegas buffets are in a class by themselves with world-renowned chefs designing meals of crab legs and lobster tails and dessert tables overflowing with sweets. Or, opt for one of the cheap hotels in Las Vegas and save your budget on an amazing celebrity-chef restaurant. Emeril Lagasse has several locations serving New Orleans cuisine, including Delmonico Steakhouse in the Venetian. The Italian-themed casino is also home to "Cake Boss" Buddy Valastro's Buddy V Ristorante. Fill up on pasta and sauce, then head to the Cake Boss' bakery for a cannoli.
