"We stayed at the Yosemite View Lodge for three nights. The room was a good size but a little dated, the bathroom seems to have gone through a partial refurbishment. The shower ran cold in the mornings, occasionally running warm before going back to cold, it was better in the evenings! We were staying in room 1137 in Maple Block, this was located next to the indoor pool, I think backing onto the pool room. Throughout the nights we could hear the machinery from the pool room so it was quite noisy, also the view from the balcony was not great. There was building works going on so two of the outdoor pools were closed. As others have said there isn't much choice for eating! We ate in the bar a couple of times, the staff were friendly and it had more of an atmosphere than the restaurant (when we walked through it to the salad bar, it was so quiet)! The food was OK, but not the best. We were only staying for three nights and were out during the days, so we didn't raise the issues experienced, however, they aren't isolated as others have reported issues too. Due to the limited hotel options in the area I don't think the owners want to try and improve the hotel, they will always have visitors coming in. However, if there were more options I'd probably consider these first."

"We enjoyed our stay here. I liked the pool, spa, and jackolopes. Everyone was friendly. Grounds were so well maintained. Loved the rubber duck in the bathtub. We didn't do everything the resort has to offer but it was worth every penny. "

"Curry Village is one of the best options to stay in Yosemite village. It's close to trails to Half Dome, food court, bike rental. Shower facilities have improved significantly since I last visited 10 years ago. Highly recommend this place to people who wants to stay close to the nature."
