Rooms were great. We were here off season, October so breakfast was not in a sit down restaurant it was to go stuff. Dinner was in the pub and there was a sister restaurant up the road if you wanted a change. It was very nice and great being close to the park.

Nice cozy lode near Yosemite. Cool game room and common area. Three pools including one indoor and one adult only, which is nice.

Although the room was a no smoking room, it reeked of smoke. The hotel is about 20 minutes from the entrance to Yosemite so that was great. Property is clean and indoor pool is heated. That’s a plus to me

We stayed here during our trip to visit Yosemite National Park. The staff were kind and very friendly. The toilet in our room didn’t flush very smoothly, though it never clogged. The shower water pressure was a bit low but still acceptable. Since it was autumn, we didn’t use the pool, but both the indoor and outdoor pools looked spacious and enjoyable for the summer season. The room heating worked well. It would be even more convenient if there were laundry facilities on the hotel grounds. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay here. Thank you!

Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed spending time as a family playing ping pong and billiards in the game room—it was a great way to connect and have fun together. The only minor downside was the weak Wi-Fi and limited connectivity (only two devices per room), which mattered since there was no cell signal in the area. But honestly, being in Yosemite, it felt nice to unplug and enjoy a bit of digital detox. Overall, a wonderful stay for families.

The rooms had no modern conveniences. No streaming TV, no USB charging, no microwave. The bed sheets were thread bared. No coffee, no food. I did sleep good! The jacuzzi was too hot, pool too cold. Maintenance around the property looks terribly put together. We paid a considerable sum for that room and it was not worth it. Oh yea. My Facebook was hacked because of their WiFi.

There are not a lot of options if you want to stay close to Yosemite, and I am generally wary of motels with exterior doors (some bad past experiences) but was pleasantly surprised by the Cedar lodge. It is not fancy or modern but was good enough. Hot tub was clean and hot. Restaurant and bar on site was perfect. Convenience store had everything we needed. Rooms were clean and the beds were ok. Best part is the short drive to the park.
