"Nice Mountain Resort"
This hotel has its own mini golf course, a pool, a pool table, and a nice restaurant on site. You don't have to go far to find something to do, yet it's close to Mammoth Ski Resort if that's what you are in the area to do. The staff was great at helping me resolve a reservation problem. I would definitely stay there again.
Traveller from Boulder Creek, CA

"Hotel condition...."
Overall speaking, with the rates we got, I have no complain to the hotel. However, the dining chairs in my room are quite old and couple of them are almost falling apart (my daughter was almost falling on the floor). The sofa is very old and dirty as well as not very comfortable (extremely soft cushions causing back pain). I think this hotel needs some upgrades to keep customers returning to them. Finally, the room is extremely hot and there is no way to shutdown the heater (needs to keep drinking water instead).

"Cozy with a lake view"
The staff is very friendly and makes you feel welcome. The lodge has a cozy feel to it with a large fireplace in the lobby. I had a lodge room with a shared bathroom. The lodge rooms are a little outdated and small but clean. The bathroom was clean and close by. The location of the lodge is beautiful just across from Twin Lakes. The lodge also has a restaurant with good food so no need to drive back down into town. Will definitely stay there again.

"Nice Hotel"
We're staying to ski. Very convenient, walking to the Canyon Lodge. Staff's are polite. Room is adequately equipped and clean. Flat TV with a DVD player makes my kids happy to watch 3 movies. Continental breakfast is good, even no sausage, bacon or fried eggs are served.

"close to slopes.."
This was my first visit and experience of Mammoth Inn on Tuesday, December, 15, 2015. I did not know the layout of the property so when I got there, I parked in the wrong lot. It was dark from traveling all day. Check in was easy but had my suspicions on their policys. We prepaid for the room and they still asked for the credit card. I showed them the bank draft instead. Room 822 @ the Yodler house had minor issues..
