Very nice stay-cation. My only gripe was with the breakfast buffet. Very good food and selection, but price wasn't posted anywhere and I had no idea breakfast cost $20 per person until I got the bill. A manager came up with a solution that more than corrected the miscommunication. All in all, it was a wonderful stay

"Quiet luxury on the strip"
How nice to come back from the excitement of the strip to the quiet elegance of the Four Seasons. Superb service and tasteful decor mark the property as a stand-out in luxury.

"The hotel was beautiful"
The only thing I was not happy with was the towels were very thin, this was the last hotel on an 11 day vacation. All the hotels that I stayed were either 3 or 4 stars. The most I paid was at the the South Point, and all the other hotels had thick high thread count towels.

"Everything very good! Great attention from staff!"
Very nice attention, the room very well clean, however; a little details is that you can smell just a little the smoke of cigarrete that passes through the bathroom air duct, just in the bathroom. Premises, decoration, attention, shows, food, shops, casino, security, and background nusic were excellent. If we go back we for sure will stay in the Palazzo or Venetian. Regards!

"Fun Location - Relaxing Rooftop Pool "
Great location on the strip for fun, shopping, partying but tucked just enough away you can relax on the roof top pool and enjoy the sights without all the noise. LOVE the added grills on the roof, perfect for lunch or dinner before you hit up the town. Our room was clean, towels were soft, balcony had amazing view of the strip. So happy to have our own fridge, sink & coffee maker. The only downside we had was on our way out we were prompted for a "gift" the gift was a future one night free stay with the company but they wanted you to give them some money down right then... we kept saying no thank you and he kept telling us what a great deal this was...sorry man I liked the hotel but I prefer to do a little research before booking a hotel.

"Centrally located"
I arrived at the Flamingo about midnight and I had to wait about half an hour to check in, there was hardly any members on staff. The room was nice but the color scheme was all white, too much like a hospital setting. The next day we went to the main pool, we had to provide a Flamingo card key and a drivers license. It felt like a airplane check in. No drinks, not even water are allowed in the pool area ( so they can sell you their over priced drinks, water was $3). All the chairs had towels on them but hardly anybody was sitting in them. We had to put towels down on the cement and lay on that, other people did the same. The so called music was obnoxious loud ghetto rap, it was annoying. The next day we went through the same process. I complained to the manager lady behind the check in desk and she said she would credit me one days Resort fee ($28). The third day they wanted a $10 charge per person at the pool so we went to the family pool instead, same check in process but no fee. At least they had free tap water and sensible music. We checked out on August 8th and now it's the 19th and we still haven't received our $28 refund as promised by the manager. The bigger a corporation gets the colder it gets to their employees and customers. John, 10th time in Vegas

"Very convenient for my business purposes"
I booked a room for two nights, but due to my brother-in-laws unexpected death, I had to cancel my second night and return home. I called Travelocity and they were SO very helpful and after calling the hotel I stayed, they cancelled my second nights reservation and refunded me 100% of my money. Now, that's the kind of company I love dealing with. Thank you for understanding about my family emergency.

"Great experience"
The Ravella was a pleasant surprise after reading other reviews. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel was awesome. The bed was the most comfortable out of alk the hotels i have visited as i travel often. I had a great lakeview room and am basing my experience there (cannot speak for other rooms). The only negative i have is the hotel layout. It is very disjointed and confusing to find guest rooms.
