Amazing facility

Everything was amazing. One of the best resorts we've stayed at! Rooms were smoke free, clean and as promised. Staff was very friendly, polite and offered to help with anything you needed. Would tell anyone this is the resort to stay at bar none.

Our second time staying here - a little oasis in Vegas. They remodeled and no longer have the sofas with the chaise on the side or the padded headboards, but still really nice. We enjoy the fully equipped kitchen and the grills by the pool - always take a night to grill food with friends. We enjoyed the hot tub - and the gym - came home refreshed! Great staff too -

First Time at Desert Rose

Pros: Well maintained and detailed. Good security. The pool was good, plenty of seating. It's non gaming. The bar area had TVs and comfortable seating.
Cons: The bar was friendly, but limited on food. They need an awning for the 5:30pm sunset at the bar.
Location: It's off the strip, next to the Hooters parking lot and loading dock. I walked to Denny's and The Hard Rock Cafe.
I experienced a great stay. Well rested and entertained.

A Pleasant Surprise

Pros: The lobby smelled amazing, like something tropical! Good breakfast food and moderately priced. Great location near the airport and just off the strip.
Location: Near gas stations, Hooters, and within walking distance of the Strip. Right across the street from MGM Grand. Easy in/out off Tropicana.
We were in town for a rugby tournament and needed space for 3 adults. Normally, we would stay at one of the Vegas strip hotels, but decided on a vacation rental suite with 2 bedrooms to save on costs. I couldn't be more pleased with our decision! The unit was clean, roomy, and the property overall was well-maintained. Getting in and out was no problem, and it was nice to have parking onsite. My only regret is that we didn't have time to take advantage of the heated pool and hot tub. I was worried that being close to the airport would be noisy, but that wasn't an issue for us. We were able to check in a little early and Troielle was an absolute gem! She answered all my questions and was very fun and personable. She made me feel like a family member.

Hotel but feels like home, close to strip.

Pros: The kitchen and home feel
Cons: Small continental breakfast
Location: Near hooters, Tropicana, MGM, close walk to strip in safe neighborhood.
I found this place on accident and fell in love. We have stayed at this resort for the last 3 visits to Vegas. No resort fees, all the comforts of home as far as bath and kitchen. They do not clean room or make beds but I was fine with that. Great pool and hot tub, great balcony and room. Would not consider staying anywhere else. Great for families to party animals.

Just like a home away from home!

Suite was beautiful, clean and had everything you could need to feel like your home. Everything was fully stocked. Did not need to ask for additional anything. Only down fall sofa was a bit uncomfortable and restroom a bit small.

Great getaway

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Desert Rose. Shortly after arriving we went to a local grocery store to pick up food for breakfasts, lunches and snacks. The full kitchen had all we needed - toaster, coffee pot, microwave, fridge, dishes, silverware, etc. Location close to Strip, but away from gambling was just what we were looking for. Quiet, good internet connection, comfortable bed, clean, free parking. Will be sure to stay here again on our next visit to Las Vegas.
