I got a last minute deal online for a room. I am disabled, arriving with 2 pets, noted on the reservation. Was told that was not seen on the reservation, placed in a room on the 14th floor, the very last room at the end of the hall. Disabled w/pets, long to walk. Stains on carpet. Tried to go to the store 3 times. Closed each time with no posted hours. Charged more for parking than the room itself. No pet area. No coffee maker or anything in the room. Staff was very nice. Disappointed with overall property. Will not return. Good at restaurants overpriced for quality and portion of food recieved. Feel like I'm being generous on the stars.

Nice hotel a bit off of the strip, because Tropicana hotel is under construction , you have to do a major detour just to get to the strip. Only one elevator was working so its a little long. Hotel was a little dated and needed some renovation. The washroom was really run down. Its at a reasonable price for a hotel on the strip.

The whole experience at the hotel was horrible... We had to wait 30 to 45 minutes for the elevator. Couldn't enjoy the beautiful view because my window was so dirty to my room... Was not aware of the surcharge for parking. Lack of information. I will not be staying at OYO hotel again!

Elevator Maintenance Crisis

Rooms are ok, prices are ok, location is good. On this trip to OYO, however, there was only 1 elevator functioning for the large tower and this resulted in 30+ min waits to get up or down from our room every time. This is not acceptable service and management needs to take maintenance of critical hotel facilities more seriously!

Oyo has been a favorite in the past. However, this stay will be the last. Heaters not working, elevators not working, food was left in the microwave by a previous guest, homeless roaming freely in casino and lobby, no more free parking... It just was like one thing after another happened the entire weekend.

Oyo means ohh no!!

When we firsr arrived, we paid extra to upgrade to a suite. We went to our room and it was disgusting. It hadnt been cleaned. There was a used baby diaper in the room, the bathroom door was missing completely with sheet rock dust and drywall everywhere. Water bottles and other garbage everywhere as well. So they moved us into a different room that wasnt much better. Pool was closed as well. And too top it all off the elevators kept breakint and the wait for the elevator was sometimes 30 minutes. Will never book again!!
