The toilet ran constantly. I had to remove cover after flushing to stop it from running. The bathroom sink was clogged and the shower was old and cracked. The bathroom overall was run down and gross. The room itself wasn’t bad and the bed was comfortable. The front desk staff was rude and disrespectful. The resort fees were more than the price of the room and it’s not much of a resort. We go to Vegas often and we will never stay there again.

I had a disappointing experience during my stay. Prior to arrival, I was told the hotel would note our request for an early check-in at 11:00 AM due to an event we needed to attend. However, when we arrived, we were informed the hotel was sold out and that we could not check in until 4:00 PM. This completely defeated the purpose of requesting early check-in. We were told we would be called if anything opened up, but after waiting nearly four hours with no communication, my husband decided to call the front desk himself—only then were we told that a room was available. Once checked in, additional issues made the stay even more frustrating. The second elevator in the ocean view area was out of order, which resulted in long wait times for the single working elevator throughout our stay. The ice machine on our floor (4th floor) was also out of ice, as was the one on the 5th floor. We had to take the stairs up to the 6th floor just to get ice because waiting for the elevator was unreasonable. Lastly, the room itself was extremely outdated, which did not match expectations for the price or experience. Overall, the lack of communication, broken amenities, and dated rooms made this stay far below expectations. I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made.

It was a decent good room and it was clean what I did notice is that in some rooms the A/C is stronger than others because we moved rooms and the next room we got close to almost no ventilation unless you was right next to it
Has a balcony to some part of a view not so good view
We hit a room with two beds pretty big beds even if you a big back
This fucken air doesn’t work that good and there is no other vebgalation
Omg and the tv don’t even work all I’m saying is that not high end hotel that’s for sure but not bad also there is hidden fees when you go to check in

The bathroom sink was poorly cleaned. It still had soap residue and other substances on it. The floor didn't seem vacuumed at all, and I was stepping on crumbs a lot. The balcony door was completely covered in dirt and grime. The directions for parking in the garage were poorly communicated to us, as well as how to get to our room. An entire elevator wasn't working, so it always took a long time to get back upstairs.
