2 for 1 Beautiful Properties
My family enjoyed our stay at the Westin Maui Ocean Resort Villas. The property is very clean and beautifully landscaped. 1 bedroom villa was nice, bed comfortable, and kitchen decently stocked for a family of 4. My teen son enjoyed the slide and basketball hoops at the two pools. We love that we could use the pool at the other Westin villa property, the Westin Nanea. We preferred the salt water pool at the Westin Nanea which was on higher ground with better ocean views, an infinity pool feel, and a hot tub in the kids pool area where my daughter liked to play so we could easily keep an eye on her. The Nanea pool area had a better layout. Although the Nanea seemed more crowded, there were more lounge chairs there, and the chairs were better situated, than at the the Westin Ocean Resort Villas. The customer service at the Westin Ocean Resort Villas was excellent. Maintenance came up right away when the dryer handle broke off and fixed it, as well as a issue with the blinds. Whenever we requested anything, our request was promptly met and we received a follow up phone call asking if the issue was resolved. Also, our host, Roger, throughly communicated with me and sent me a text at the beginning of our stay checking in with me to see if we needed anything—which was much appreciated! Overall a wonderful place to stay and play at both Westin Villa resorts!
