The grounds of this property are beautiful and huge. If you enjoy walking this is a great property to stay at. If you don't , it's going to be a bad fit. The pools are nice and probably some of the biggest in HI. The rooms are decent sized but somewhat dated with weak air conditioning. Food prices at the resort are very high, but a little more reasonable at the Kings and Queens Marketplaces. Besides for the valet, the service at the hotel is lacking. They seemed understaffed throughout the property. The pools lack any lifeguards and you will definitely see kids engaging in unsafe activities. There is limited to no waiter service at the pool as well. The workout rooms are extremely small for a resort for a property this sized. They offer a spin class that is awesome with a great instructor, but the class only has 9 bikes (so arrive early). All and all, this is a great resort to spend a week. If they improved staffing and upgraded the rooms, it would be even better. I would return to this resort, if I could get a good deal again, but I wouldn't without a good deal.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We are sorry to hear you were disappointed with your stay at our resort. As restrictions ease, we are continuing to open additional areas within the complex and hope to be fully operational in the near future.
