Staff was pleasant and helpful. Room was fine (air conditioning super loud) but bathroom was not cleaned well. The hygiene products were half used (soap seal was broken and soap had been used), conditioner was half empty and used soap was left in shower.

The location was absolutely perfect for being close enough to the attractions (Road to Hana and Haleakala), but far enough out of the way to enjoy a slower pace when back at the hotel. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful, We stayed in the ocean view room and it had everything we needed and was very updated.

Great location with pleasant staff! Check in and check out was easy, clean rooms and well maintained property. The only downside, was the lack of an available shuttle bus from the airport upon arrival as our flight was later than planned. Otherwise, it is a great service to have a free shuttle to the airport and back.

The hotel staff were very friendly and responsive. We had some small ants in the bathroom, and they immediately came out to spray. When a couple returned the next day, they moved us to another room. The pool area is very nice. The rooms are small and standard motel rooms. However, we needed to stay in this area so it worked for us.

This hotel was perfect for our first night in Maui. We arrived late and got to the hotel within minutes. It is a lovely hotel with friendly staff members. Breakfast the next morning knocked it out of the park. Try the POG mimosa if you are a bubbly sort of person… and the crab cake Benedict. My husband and I loved this place.
