This location is amazing. We traveled the island and loved returning after a long day. Everyone, and i mean everyone who works there is pleasant, kind and helpful. The morning breakfast was amazing with an immense selection. The dinner at Meridia was delightful. The restaurant at the pool was great for lunch, but skip their dinner. The Westin could not have been more perfect and if i could give them more stars, I would. Thank you, to everyone, for making our stay on the Big Island simply phenomenal. We will be back!

I liked the cleaning every where I dislike the way they look at us always presuming tip they gives you the filling you are bag of money. I stayed in Hawaii for 12 days all the islands and I have to say they have to change they as strategy of running the hotel we felt’s again all of us like bunch of money bags that need to provide tips

Always love this hotel and beach. Breakfast buffet was delicious (big thank you to the hostesses and wait staff for their kind service each day) and Meredia was spectacular. Sunsets are not to be skipped, especially from the Meredia walkway, bar and restaurant. Love that Kayla in the Meredia bar remembered us from the last 2 years. Bummed that the piano was removed from the Meredia but found the piano player up in Piko with a portable piano. The other musicians he set up to play were fabulous as well. Room was clean and very comfortable. Love the adult pool. Will return.
