Staff was ok. Got yelled at by a breakfast staff person for not getting breakfast wrists hands. We didn’t realize. Who is stealing this breakfast??? There are better ways to guide guests. When I went to the vat to purchase a morning mimosa with breakfast, the bartender told me the prosecco is upstairs and he doesn’t have it. Instead of getting and being prepared he said I can make you something different. Very lazy and unprofessional. Room was clean but old so it was decent/ok. View amazing. Building is old and out of date. The pool is good but that as far as amenities is the only good thing. "
