As soon as I opened the door, I felt some kind of smell in the first assigned property. We asked for a change due to my allergies. Customer service were very helpful and checked in with us with a very good beach front view property. Thank you

The best thing about it was the new elevator, very fast and very quiet. The hotel had ZERO air conditioning. Weather was muggy and humid in APRIL! This property’s best days were 30 years ago. Will never book again, and will warn others to steer clear.

Beware of C bldg perm. Tenants scream at families
No air conditioning. Little bugs. There are 3 units that have permanent residents. One permanent resident couple in the C building were constantly harassing families with children at the pool. They would scream at kids and parents from their balcony (teal cushions on chairs on balcony) about pool rules. Things as small as “jumping” from the side of the pool into the deep end (8 ft). At one point the male resident screamed also at the landscape folks for having a gate open when bringing yard debris out. The woman and man would sit by their window and wait for a kid to touch the pool water and then come outside on the balcony to watch and scream if they felt there was a “violation” of a rule. I called the front to ask for help as we could not even enjoy our time at the pool without fear of being yelled at. Please keep in mind there is no lifeguard on duty so apparently these residents have taken it upon themselves to be “pool police”. As though this wouldn’t be enough, those same residents are suspected to have stabbed holes in a families blow up pool floaties when they went to the beach for the morning. I saw the woman tenant come down to the pool area after many guests left an event that morning and when the family returned each floaty had one knife stab in each floaty. I’ve never seen anything like this…such a disappointment and no hope that it could be better as long as those folks live there. Property mgt were great but these people are not stable.

This property is located across the street from the beach. We had a balcony with a beautiful view, sunsets, whales, etc. Our two bedroom suite was very spacious, full kitchen, washer dryer. No ac but not needed with windows and breezes. The road in front of the resort is very busy so this also means lots of road noise. Staff was friendly, they let us stay at the pool on the day we checked out because we had a late flight.

We loved how beautiful our room was,and we where on the ground level and right outside was the swimming pool and Sauna. And the workers there were so friendly and approached, knowledgeable ❤️. We definitely would rent again with you folks. Thank you for making our stay so relaxing.

I didn’t expect the Maui Suite to be so nice with two bathrooms too! Upgraded bathroom and kitchen was nice. Only thing was that there was a lot of traffic noise, but we got use to it in few days. Beautiful views from the balcony.

We loved the room. It was like staying in an apartment I liked that it had a washer and dryer, a full kitchen and a beautiful view of the courtyard from our balcony. We were with in walking distance to the beach. There was a beautiful view of the sunset every night. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Not having air conditioning really made the place suck. It was a nice location and the people were great. A/C is a must for hotels in this area. The room is unbearable. Secondly, if you have the windows open at night (and without the ac you have to) you will hear the conversations of the patrons from the restaurant beside and all the illegal parked people who access this complex. We found other accommodation on the second night. It was unbearable.
