"Staff was great but unfortunately there's no way this is a 3 star hotel. On top of that you're catfished into thinking you're getting one of the new style rooms but I'm an orbitz platinum user that gets a "free upgrade" and got a room that felt like a motel 6 room."

"The thin rectangle shower doesn’t have women who want to shave their legs in mind. The walls in the hallway have spackle mark all over it for the entire stay. Staff is great, good food, and the view is great. I wish they had a microwave in the room and the basic pools had a heater. The water was cold."
