Great place to resort. Small things... like one of the pools was so murky you couldn't even see the bottom... and some of my family had issues with their bungalow. I stayed up in the tower and had no problems with my room.

Not at all satisfied with the stay at the hotel, you have to pay for everything, Room cleaning only After you tell them, a torn chair, no table on the terrace, stains on the walls, bed with stains, paintings with pictures, the whole room in dust Initially, they said that the deposit would return to In full as a result of 500$ returns only 150$ Parking we chose in the search for free as a result paid 300$ near the pool smelled of rotten fruit and alcohol The only advantage is that the ocean is nearby and there is an opportunity to see turtles, I also want to add that all entertainment activities on the territory of the hotel are paid, which is very strange for me

This review is mostly related to the Towers since I did not stay in the bungalows. The tower room is a bit old. You can see the scratches on everything and the rust stains in the bathroom which makes it appear not clean but it is. Once you accept this is not a major modern resort, it is perfectly fine. I really have no complaints, these observations were all just aesthetics. The resort is very low key. I recommend this resort as a home base for all other off resort activities. There is also a complimentary trolley which will take you to the Whaler Village, etc... The staff was great. They were very pleasant and helpful. I travelled alone with no car rental so I had a lot of questions. The food was delicious. The drinks were also superb.

beautiful property and a free trolley service for neighboring hotels and shops. Was very disappointed with customer service at front desk. Called to confirm my booking in advance and was told my reservation showed certain benefits that they refused to honor when I reached the property. Everyone will answer differently and it’s exhausting trying to deal with them. They definitely do not care to keep customers happy but the hotel itself was beautiful and all other staff was good other than customer service.

Check in was perfect and bell service was excellent. Food and drinks were excellent. The property grounds were really nice and we loved the VIP seats at the luau. We stayed in a bungalow with 2 queen beds. Warning - these beds are not Queen and we ended up sleeping in separate beds because they were too small for two people. We have a Queen at home. These are not queens. If you wanted to share with 4 people it would be super cramped. Do not recommend that. Also, room service was every other day. That would have been fine but they skipped our room and we ended up getting no service for 3 days.

We rented a bungalow with ocean front and was beautiful. The staff were great. The room did not have bottle water like you normally get when renting at a hotel so he prepared for that. The hotel was beautiful and entertainment was amazing. My main complaint is the bungalow was not soundproof and you can hear every foot step. We were woken up very early and we requested to move and the staff helped us move to another location the day we requested to be moved. The view was even better. However they next day I had a candy bar in a bag overnight and the ants found it quickly however in looking in the room for more bugs there were dead ants on the bathroom wall and there were ants on the bed. The staff took a long time to address the bug issue. They sprayed with strong chemical and we had to stay out of the room for hours. That night a roach came out of the closet. Our last day the ants were on the bed again. So my suggestion is if you are renting a bungalow check the room thoroughly for bugs before you unpack.
