"We had a renovated room in the Ocean Tower. The room was fresh and new and the view of the ocean and golf course were lovely. The challenge of the property is that it is so large and not quickly or easily navigable. From dropping our car off at valet and getting to our room, it consistently took 30-40 minutes for each trip. The monorail/ tram was slow and stopped working for part of our stay but the staff (Eugene, I believe) at the front desk quickly responded and provided my husband a wheelchair to get back and forth on the property given that he is currently injured. Given how challenging it was to get around, particularly with the tram not working, we didn't get to enjoy any of the property amenities including the pool. It was just easier to drive 10 minutes to a nearby beach and enjoy that. So, if you pack your patience, you should enjoy the property."
