The room was really nice. The only issue we ran into was the person at the actvities desk was late so we didn't get our wristbands the first day. And when we did, he was so busy trying to sell us on "joining" the property he forgot to activate them. As we were leaving the next day it wasn't worth stopping there again

The first day I was there an animal broke into my room and took human bite sizes out of my food and that was in a first floor level place. They refunded for the food. They moved me to a different spot and there was tons of cockroaches in the kitchen. They sprayed the unit .. at 10pm… they came back. Our key cards had to be reprogrammed 4-5 times. They ended up giving me more keys the 5th time and by the end of my week only one key worked out of 6 or 7… really nice and accommodating staff I’m assuming because they are used to it and they kill you with kindness.

Our villa room was very spacious and comfortable. We really enjoyed sitting on the huge balcony and eating our meals. The kitchen and living area were also large and well appointed. The property is beautiful and we enjoyed walking around and enjoying stunning sunsets. We liked the outdoor restaurant next to the pool and the prices were reasonable. The only thing we didn't like was the pressure upon check in to attend a 90 minute high-pressure timeshare presentation. We declined.

The property was beautiful and located near shopping and restaurants for convenience. We stayed in a one bedroom villa that was more than enough for two people. Very comfortable like home!

Check in was smooth, the apartment was on the older side but clean and has all you can need. We did not use the pool. Be aware there is no beach access in the property. Very convenient location. We would stay here again.
