"We couldn’t go to the beach because they were doing work but was not told that at check in or when booking room The beds were not comfortable Cold not enjoy the pool on the first night because of some rowdy horseplay of teenagers and there was no staff in the pool area to make sure things were under control The elevator in the parking garage only one was working I love going down to the beach and normally our stays are good was just really disappointed with this place"

"This property is under construction and should not be booking room stays with the condition of the hotel. It’s dirty, tubs have built up black scum around the fixtures, floor tile grout is black, doors are dirty, walls are dirty. Woke up at 430am to a flooded room, found out a pipe had burst and they knew it about it at 230 when a part of the first floor ceiling crashed in the lobby. They didn’t have any emergency maintenance plans in place. They did switch us to another room after I insisted. Pool area was gross. No umbrellas, a lazy river with no floats. Trash in the areas between the neighboring hotel that you could see from the balcony in the room. Would not recommend staying here and had I read the reviews before I booked, I most definitely would not have stayed here."

"We liked the outdoor pool and the indoor pool. There was karaoke in the evening but we would rather have music at the outdoor pool in afternoon. We ate at the outdoor cafe burgers and fries which was good but a little pricey. U r not allowed to play catch in the pool and a security guard informed us although this was not monitored equally and other people did it without being told not to. Also people saved pool seats for hours without being there but it was not a crowded week. We had icecream on the 4th floor and it was good. We had breakfast once in dining area. We were on the 10th floor. Our room was mostly clean except the tables could have been wiped off. I only had a hot shower once, the other times were cold. Also the shower nozzle was broken and only the metal piece was left. This is a deal breaker for me as we had kids who needed to shower and it was cold. I won’t stay here again because of that. When u r in the pool and beach a lot, a shower is a must."
