last year when we came down there was tons of “improvements” happening, this year everything was doubled in price, from the actual rooms to the deposit more than doubled and the condition of the building was worse. elevator floors weak. routine maintenance that was only supposed to take “30 minutes” ended up taking 4-5 hours. disappointing and will not be staying here next year.

Power to the elevator went out, then power to the entire hotel went out. I had to trek 12 flights of stairs three times to get my belongings out.

Was very nice , clean. Nice staff. Loved being right on the beach I like how you can’t get up to the rooms unless you have a card so that safety is very important. Only thing I don’t like is you spend that much money? I don’t believe that you should have to pay for parking. That’s the only downside other than that, this is a great place to stay right on the beach pool nice little game room very nice people Was asked if we needed towels. Every day was awesome, but like I said, the only downside was having to pay to park my car on their property after I had already paid so much to stay at their property.

The clean up crew ( I don't know their official title and don't want to sound offensive); but, they were amazing.  They all were accommodating,  friendly and professional.  They kept the hotel so clean. The front desk staff and the most important (in my opinion) was a different story. They were so nasty and unprofessional.  The young lady who checked me in was the nastiest. During check in I asked her several questions,  she didn't answer immediately; instead, she gave me this blank stare as if to say " why are you asking me this". She was horrible,  she never smiled.  There was another incident where I went to the front desk to see if anyone turned in my lost sunglasses.  This young lady I spoke to was very rude. When I asked about my sunglasses,  she quickly said "NO". I was taken aback at how she didn't go to see, then she asked me, "Don't you want me to ask them in the back?" At this point,  I was floored and speechless,  why would I not want you to ask them and anyone else?  Better yet, look in your lost and found. Needless to say, she never went to look, and she went through the doors and came right back and said  NO! The lack of empathy was so loud. I plan on going back to Myrtle Beach,  but I will never stay there again.  I failed to mention,  we ran into a mother and daughter who was leaving this hotel to stay at another one up the street.

The ocean front view was wonderful and the mini kitchen was very nice. However the AC unit in the room had rusty metal at the bottom that could have caused great harm if someone hit their leg or foot on the metal.

My room looked nothing like what I booked, when we exited the elevator, there were buckets sitting around to catch water leaking from the ceiling, the beds were not the same the same size, one of them had a slope in the mattress, so if you laid on once side, you would roll down to the other side, the light under the microwave didn't work, it was not worth the money that we spent for this "resort", the best thing about the room was the bathroom. We will never stay there again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I liked the fact that the property was located near all the local restaurants, as well as grocery stores. I loved my view of the ocean!!! Now for the bad. The first room they put me in the floors had duct tape on them in 3 spots as if there were holes in the floor that they were covering up. Then there was a conjuring room door that had tape all around it!!! Then there was mold on the ceiling in the corner. I spoke to management and asked to be moved, they said they did not have another king room only a queen. I took the room and it was better. The only complaint abput that room was there was no side tables to keep stuff on and the microwave was on top of the refrigerator. Thank God my wife is tall because I couldn't reach it.

Employees were fine. Room was okay. Building is looking run down. Parking is plentiful but less than convenient. Incredibly tight almost one way garage with a steep ramp and leap of faith when entering or exiting that no traffic is coming in the other direction. Upstairs neighbors were constantly smoking marijuana. I notified the front desk on the second day and they said they would take care of it. It didn’t stop them though. Kind of ruined our ocean front room. Couldn’t leave the door open or sit on the balcony without the stench. Overall not horrible not good. I wouldn’t return though.

Customer service was awful my room had water all over the floor cause of the air conditioner. I wasn’t happy at all not worth the money. Ps we had to keep cleaning the floor we had a side view couldn’t see the water and stay outside cause the floor was wet
