Very clean and comfortable. Room 118 does have a very noisy HVAC that has a drone sound made it hard to sleep

This was a great hotel. It was clean, convenient to the beach and local shops and restaurants. Our room was on a quiet, peaceful floor and the staff was very hospitable.

hotel, food and staff were very nice. however, the shower had a daily problem where the water turned extremely hot off/on. this was reported to the manager. 'work was done on it'. however, it was still happening.

A very big disappointment !

Pros: The Staff!
Cons: A lot !
Location: no response
On checking into the room we called the front desk to complain about the dirty and stained rug. The top part of the cabinet that frame in the refrigerator was broken off a laying loose. The mattress was far beyond replacement time. The room needed painting The bathroom towels were in need of replacement. visit was for a short time, would not stay again! Was told that the hotel was being renovated!The

Rest assured I have followed up with the housekeeping team and leaders regarding this. As far as the cabinet we have had the Chief Engineer repair this. I am deeply sorry your rest was less then peaceful. I will be following up with ownership regarding the mattress condition. Please know our hotel is currently undergoing renovations updating all guestrooms which is expected to be completed by February 2018.
