Showed up for our stay only to find out the resort was closed due to a fire over a month before! No one from the hotel or Travelocity notified us of this!

Please be advised the Hotel attempted to reach out to all guest with direct bookings and each 3rd parking booking site as guest contact info does not always transfer over. There were a lot of options for the little ones to enjoy themselves. The rooms, especially the bathrooms, were in the small side. A little skeptical from reading the reviews we almost cancelled, but upon arriving we felt good about not changing our minds. Logically, most reciews say the hotel needs renovation, but consider it's located in a popular area where the visitor traffic is high. We enjoyed our stay! Maybe choose a larger room if we return but the hotel served our purpose.
