There were a lot of options for the little ones to enjoy themselves. The rooms, especially the bathrooms, were in the small side. A little skeptical from reading the reviews we almost cancelled, but upon arriving we felt good about not changing our minds. Logically, most reciews say the hotel needs renovation, but consider it's located in a popular area where the visitor traffic is high. We enjoyed our stay! Maybe choose a larger room if we return but the hotel served our purpose.

Had to switch rooms due to not being clean/stains on bedding and carpet, hair in bath tub. The lazy river was not running had caution tape all around it. You get 10% off at loco gecko but they are over priced and food came out burnt. I can say the staff was very friendly but would not stay again.

Friendly staff. Nice rooms. Liked the bowling alley. Only complaint is the bed was kind of hard and the sheets were a little rough. Would stay again.

Myrtle Beach

Pros: The location was great near everything we needed Our view was great but next time will stay at an oceanfront instead of ocean view
Cons: Did not see the need for the parking fee at the time of year that we were there an also the safe in the room did not work, we really did not need.
Location: A lot of things were closed due to the season, which was fine
The stay was wonderful, all the staff was very helpful and kind, including a janitor that did not speak English but still managed to help me find the ice machine. Bartender on the second night was wonderful and outgoing. I did review other reviews before booking and for the price this was great.

Never again!

We booked an ocean front suite for a week. We checked in fine but the view we were given was terrible. It was dead level with their outside hot tub which was awkward and you could hardly see the ocean over the fence. The hotel was dirty and smelled terrible. The elevators barely worked and would shake and make banging clanging noises. The maid came in our room and was stealing food out of our fridge. Even though it was a non smoking hotel people were smoking (and not just cigarettes either) in there rooms and on their balconies so much it was coming in our room and choking us. Our room was so full of smoke one night we had to pack up everything at 10:30pm at night and move to another floor and room just to get some fresh air and be able to sleep. People were getting drunk and throwing up in the ice machine. People were loud and slamming their doors all night every night. We complained about stuff to the people at the desk but nothing was done. This hotel is not a very family friendly in my opinion. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. We will never stay there again. My husband, 7 year old son, and I were never so happy to check out and go home!
