The ambiance of this hotel is beautiful. The staff and manager Mr. Rick are wonderful. Just a few cosmetic changes would be great. ie, cracked lamp shade on both sides of lamp, carpet cleaned of dark red spots in various spots and keeping the lot free of trash and the trash can by the door entrance makes for a better stay.

Clean hotel in a great location. I didn't like that parking was separate and for a fee. The only other issue I had was some of the furniture was dirty and in need of repair. Otherwise, I recommend this hotel.

My review has been completed for the hotel, it’s Travelocity I want to write about as I am disappointed that our issue wasn’t addressed properly. We contacted Travelocity regarding the daily parking fee which was not mentioned in our contract and was told there was nothing to be done but to pay it. VERY disappointing to say the least. It would be beneficial to your customers to let them know any additional cost that they would incur during the reservation set up. Double Tree by Hilton totally understood our concerns and was very helpful in our stay. May not use Travelocity again and will advise family and friends.

The carpet is worn and frayed, not sure the last time shampooed. The furniture strained and peeling. Paying for parking was surprising, since the parking could not accommodate the guests staying at the hotel.
