There is nothing about this property to like. There are people roaming around asking for drugs. People standing around drinking. The man at the front desk was rude and seemed like he was uninterested in my concerns. Then the lock on the door broke and he says there is nothing he can do. That maintenance wasn't available until the morning. I was like you want me to sleep in room with these conditions outside with no lock. He didn't want to refund me because I told him I wasn't staying there. The most unprofessional, unclean and unsafe place I have every experienced.

The best thing I can say is it was convenient to the interstate & the mall. I got there & unpacked quickly to meet my family at Folly Beach so was a bit disappointed when the toilet did not work. Figured out it was missing a chain. I should have complained but I also didn't want to take too much time either moving or waiting fir someone to come fix it. Later that evening when I returned I realized they had direct tv & some of the local channels were unavailable (not their fault direct is in dispute wt local stations). Well the rest of the night the air conditioner kept cutting on & off every couple of minutes. I did manage to sleep through that but when I told the guy on check out the 2 issues with the room he just said hmmm & when I told him the toilet was missing a chain he actually said no I doubt it. Well ok I actually pulled the back off & looked but glad he knew better. After paying almost $100 for a room with no microwave nor fridge & then having to deal with these problems also; I seriously doubt I'll stay here again!

Sadly upon getting home i had to put all clothing in washer and take an immediate shower to remove bedbugs so they didn't infest my home. I didn't use the shower due to the mold in the corners. Otherwise everything else was fine.
