Clean and tidy, pleasant staff. Good breakfast. I was pretty shocked, however, by the amount of the fees added on to the room cost. $100 seems a lot.

The room smelled so horrible. Moldy! The owners dis a brief remodel, painting over wall paper and putting up headboard on ceiling but it needs to be gutted and remediated. The mattress was as old uncomfortable.

This is the worst place I’ve ever stayed. Not clean, door lock had been kicked in, no shower curtain(!). I felt very unsafe after dark. I booked an oceanfront room and I could only see a small area of ocean. And almost $200 with fees for this dump.
