Walk into a cozy sitting area, perfect for enjoying a family game night with ample seating. This home comes with a fully equipped kitchen to make a homemade meal or serve takeout for the family. For the off-season rentals, you can enjoy a book and a hot beverage and enjoy the creek views. The main floor hosts 3 bedrooms; a master bedroom with a king and en-suite bathroom, a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a bedroom with two twin beds, and a shared bathroom located in the hallway. As you make your way upstairs, you will find a bedroom with a queen bed, a bedroom with two queens, and a shared bathroom in the hallway. The laundry room and half bath are located on the ground level of the home and are accessed by exterior stairs. This creekfront home has its own private covered creek dock with a floating boat dock, great for fishing, boating, and more. Start making lifetime memories at Creekhouse for generations to share.
