Not the easy airport access I was looking for.

Pros: Lovely cleaning lady on the main floor. So pleasant and friendly. Real southern hospitality.
Cons: Communication between staff. Seems the person I spoke to did not convey to the shuttle driver or desk to expect a late arrival.
I had called the hotel and talked to the front desk to let them know we would be arriving late, past 11 pm, and I was checking to see how late their shuttle ran. He said it would be no problem, they ran until midnight. We arrived just after 11 and were at the curb by 11:15. The lovely porter that assisted us out with our bags suggested that if they hadn't come by in 10-15 minutes to call. I gave it 15 min and called hotel to be informed that the shuttle was in for the night. That couldn't have been later than 11:35. We had to take a cab costing $25, probably $30 with tip. When we arrived at the hotel they had no one to help with bags. The security watchmen was kind enough to assist me and my elderly mother getting bags to our room. No food available of any kind, and nothing around the hotel to walk to. Rooms are in serious need of upgrading. Acceptable, but for the price I expected more.

ugh :-(

First of all, I booked site unseen since this would supposedly get me 40% off the room price. After booking, I see that the price I was given was just the normal price and not a discount at all. There was no way to cancel either after booking with a "big discount." My room had dirty carpet, no refrigerator and the pillows were lumpy and had yellow slobber stains all over them. The pillow cases were worn and were not much to protect you from the dirty pillows. One of the pillow cases appeared to have oil on it. I am very disappointing in my stay and in Travelocity for having this advertised as a discount.
