There was no mention that the pool and multiple hot tubs were being resurfaced, this would have definitely swayed my decision to stay here. We were in room 1708-4A or something like that. We never recieved maid service. There was loud yelling after 11pm. The lobby store had minimal snacks and things, but no Tylenol. Come on man! I would be hard pressed to stay here again.
