The room was spotless the receptionist was tired, the room was supposed to be soundproof however the people in the adjoining room I could hear them talking in a normal voice. And when the woman put perfume on in the morning it seeped into my room. I don't wear perfume those are my only complaints It was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in in my life and I have slept in a lot of beds!!

Staft are very accommodating. This is pur 3rd time staying here. The room were my family stayed was great however, when my infant crawling on the floor, she got a black pill under the table. Thankfully i saw it and got it out of her hand quick or else i would not have known. And knowing this prestigious hotel would have a qulity check on each rooms if housekeeper cleaned it well. i got dissapointed when this happened. Nobodys in my family taking any pills at all.
