Under construction. Staff initially sent us to a suite that was very hard to find. When we found it, it was under construction and the key did not work, so I had to go back to the desk, which incidentally was also initially hard to find, because it wasn't where it was supposed to be, but across the street. Sink didn't work.

It was ok. Under construction.Big time renovations. Our room no. 626 had a huge gap in door, and cold air could enter. The room was cheap was a plus. Bathroom commode and tub area was too small. I could barely turn around in it.

Great place for kids

We had one of the recently renovated rooms and it was excellent. We spent a lot of time at the indoor pool with our 9 year-old and enjoyed it more when it was less crowded. Our room was clean and comfortable, would definitely stay here again.

This place is a absolute dump... its one of the prettiest properties from the outside but it completely run down from the elevators on. I was told the are renovating ut there is no excuse for the trash and garbage. This is a hotel at best and shouldn't be considered a resorts.
