Omg! What a terrible stay. The building from outside looks totally different, they could improve little bit more. A new update is needed asap!!! I felt unsafe the entire time of my stay. It looks like cheap hotel inside. Very dirty and the hallway smell like poop and piss. Oh if you come from a third party like (Expedia) they treat you like your money is not valuable. Any question or receipt they want you to call your third party which could be true I get it but the attitude is very rude. This is my first time and last time. I love Expedia. And hopefully this review will help any one interested. Please becareful booking this place. I would not want anyone go through what I went through.

Flying gnats in the room. Outside balcony puddles of water and ceiling gone, room had a smell. Getting to room hallways very unclean. Light not work in small kitchen area so you couldn’t see.

Not very good on the clean scale or updated rooms. It looked very nice when you pulled into the check in area but as you got into the buildings them selves, room doors look old and run down. The floors in the rooms very dirty, make your feet black if you don’t have something on your feet. The room safe did not work. It stated I had a partial ocean view, what a poor excuse for a partial view. It was not a GRAND RESORT. On a brighter side, bathroom was clean.

For the price a night I feel like it could be more updated. Yes it was clean inside but you can tell from the curtains that they can improve in some areas as far as renovations. But the staff was courteous and helpful with being able to check in early because I arrived earlier than check in time.
