staff was very rude-Tameka who was not a manager claim to be one and refused to give me GM name when i asked. i was suppose to get a view of waterpark and instead a parking lot and trees. So when I called and complained about the room so asked me was i raising voice which I wasnt , then she asked if I wanted to leave? Thats when I asked For manger and she told me she was. we stepped out on balcony and at 10pm tried to close and lock it the whole handle fell apart. we called to report and after 45min no one showing, i called again and asked when they would be up there and Tameka said "cant you just sleep with it open tonight?" they finally got up there after 11pm and could not fix it...they had fight to get the door shut, but finally did. The hot tubs were so disguisting it looked like they had not been cleaned in weeks ...it was complete foam and brown water! and they also offered a discount and Tameka refused to to give me the discount!

Stayed in The Villas for the efficiency kitchen use. Have stayed there before. If you go, I wouldn't recommend The Villas. The hotel itself has nice accommodations and amenities. I don't complain about conditions but the tile/vinyl floor was filthy. Didn't really catch on for a while because everything else was fine. I also was missing jewelry. I hate to accuse theft but I am certain I had it in the room. I submitted a verbal and email complaint but was never contacted by the hotel for followup.

The bed w as hard and felt like I was laying on just springs. The first room I got when I checked in was right about the pool and smell like pee and chlorine. I got moved and that room was better but the beds were very uncomfortable. The property could use some updates.
