The front desk staff were very pleasant. The view was amazing!!! Especially the sunrise. The only complaint i hav is that when i requested to have the room cleaned, the inly thing they did was make the bed and bring new towels. Didn't sweep or wipe down anything Its not the best but its not bad either.

We stayed in a "Deluxe Penthouse Suite". It was pleasant but hardly "Deluxe". The "penthouse" meant it was on the top floor and it was only a "suite" because it had a sofa at one end of the room with a 2nd TV. In all fairness, the price should have been a clue that this was really just an ordinary hotel room. However, the layout was weird. The "bedroom" was right by the balcony door, which was fine but the sofa was right inside the entry area and had a small window which overlooked the external corridor and the lift doors. There were only 2 chairs and they were outside on the balcony. There were 2 bedside tables but no bedside lamps and no light switches by the bedside. In the morning one of us had get up in the dark to fumble for the main light switch or at night turn off the main light and stumble to the bed in the dark. There was silverware and glasses but no dishes. The bathroom was very clean & modern but there was no shelf/niche in the shower for the soap and shampoo bottles, so they had to sit on the shower floor when we were in there.

Nice views, mostly cool staff and has multiple parking garages. Only major issue is elevator access. On a busy day you could be waiting 30 mins plus just to get down or up if you aren’t able to go up and down stairs. Nice pools, cool bar and convience store across from the hotel.

This is a property that is unfit for even your pets. The property was not well maintained, we had to take dirty towels down to the front desk. The towels were not clean you could see other patron's stains due to the poor washing. There was no security and the basement parking lot doors were not secured by keycard and were open all night. The room was not cleaned after a week and trash was not removed includeing dirty linens. The breakfast was served on paper plates. I could go on and they would not let us check out for refund. I ended leaving early and moving to another hotel essentially paying double. Simone at the front desk was extremely nice and professional but the other staff were unconcerned. Don't stay at this property.

Clean, large room, easy check in & out but check out is too early at 10am and then to get late check out it was another 45.00 They also give a choice of having a 250 dollar hold on your card or pay 39.99 for some type of insurance and it is not refundable. Would possibly stay again.

The view from the rooms at this hotel are breathtaking...Super safe to go the beach for a late night walk, super convenient and close to restaurants and things to do...Staff was very friendly and helpful. The furniture in the rooms is in need of a little upgrade but overall my stay was very relaxing.

Your staff was not the least bit friendly almost rude. Especially at the restaurant. Called for maintenance because our sink would not drain, sent someone in but he didn’t fix it.
