Checked in @ 3 am on the 7th IJune 2025. Get to the room the cable wasn’t working call front desk. They came up. We started the cable later that day. I was trying to use the microwave and the stove. It didn’t work so I went about my day because I had a dinner to go to coming back from the dinner. I was trying to enjoy some of the features that day but I’ll get the pool because someone had a bowel movement in the pool and it didn’t get clean till the next morning. There was looking to try to do the spa for the spa wasn’t ready so I had four things that was wrong with this looking the rooms didn’t look like the advertise the stove. The microwave didn’t work couldn’t access the pool because someone had a bowel movement in the pool so my stay was horrible for a little bit of time that I had the front desk clerk was very rude. I asked her why do I have to check out at 10 because I didn’t get there till 3 AM in the morning on Saturday she said that’s just a rule, but she did not never tell me that I had a complementary stay for an hour so going back-and-forth with the clerk because nothing was working. I couldn’t be accommodated for nothing she proceed to tell me that was my problem not the hotel’s problem so I spoke with the manager the next morning so she gave me an email address to email someone. I just called Expedia so when I call Expedia Monday morning the hotel was acting like Expedia wanting to charge my card an extra $268 because I was asking him for a refund.
