The Caravelle tower is an old building that lacks maintenance. he room was in poor condition, with a noisy air conditioning unit that repeatedly woke us throughout the night. The balcony floor was sticky, and the bathtub/shower felt unsafe due to its slippery condition. We also found the indoor pool to be unclean, with visible hair in the water and poor water clarity. The issue that ultimately caused us to leave early was that we had no hot water on our final morning. At that point, we decided to check out a day early rather than continue our stay.
