Never ate there breakfast. Never stayed the night. Checked in at 3 pm 10/18/25 there was several men just hanging out in the parking lot, didn't feel it was a safe enviroment. Was actually there maybe 10 minutes and left to go get dinner, was gone about 2 hours and when we returned all the same men still hanging out in parking lot. TV didn't work in room, the pillows on the bed appeared dirty/at the least pillow cases and sheets stained. Went back outside to get the rest of our belongings and could of gotten high off the smell of marajuina, very overwhelming. At that point we didn't feel safe on property between the men in the parking lot and the drugs. So my husband went in an told the gentleman working the desk we was leaving and ask if they could at least refund the second night stay being we was suppose to be there 2 nights, but didn't actually stay one night. Gentleman at desk said he would have to report the request to his manager and would let him know we checked out at 7:15 pm 10/18/2025 the same day we checked in.
So far the charge for both nights is still on my card no refund. I just want to be sure other families are aware and don't make the same mistake we did. I'm in the process of contacting whoever i need to in order to report the very poor condition of this hotel.
