The bathroom sink was plugged when we got there. No big deal. Was mostly out and about also balcony light was bright and on all night !!! Curtain did not shut well A great get away. Everyone was so kind Not your problem but Starbucks would not take a gift card Will be back !!!

We stayed at Tides just 1 night while in town. I kept an open mind when booking this hotel based upon the reviews, etc. Tides is in desperate need of repair and maintenance. Open hole in bathroom missing vent cover, outdated furnishings in room. The worst of all was the non working elevators upon checkout. It’s no fun dragging luggage and bags down 8 flights of stairs!!

The shower did not have a door so every shower we took flooded the bathroom floor. The water pressure was very inconsistent by very high pressure then slowed down and then back up high pressure over and over. Only had one paper thin blanket. One night Stand drawer kept opening on it own (unbalanced).

Great stay. 10/10 location, the staff was super friendly. Only issue was that they are undergoing some renovations and we asked to switch rooms. They were very accommodating, I wish I got the name of the girl at the front desk, reddish hair and extremely helpful, understanding and friendly. They have great amenities and easy parking. Highly recommend !

We love The Tides, have stayed there before….currently a large renovation, that caused noise and elevator accessibility issues. Housekeeping was disappointing….it was necessary to remind and ask for items. No thank you, when we departed after a 4 night stay. Not sure we’ll return. when we’re on Folly Beach.
