The property charged me twice for my stay. This overdrew my account. I had no money to get an Uber to get to airport. I cal d and talked to assistant manager. She said she could only see one charge I told her it was charged twice I would come die to front desk and show her. She said she could t do anything about it. Was very short and rude about it. I told her my situation that I had no money to get an Uber and if there was a service through the hotel that could at least get me to airport she said “No” and asked me if that was it. That was it. No help I am stranded with a negative bank account. Thanks for the horrible scary experience!
