Paid for 10 nights and we left after 5 because we were that unhappy!! We left with no refund because we couldn’t stand another minute! The establishment is filthy!! Poor customer service at the front desk. You can hear your neighboring door neighbors like they are standing right infront of you. We will NEVER stay here again! We wouldn’t stay here even if it was free!

Overall I would not recommend staying at this hotel. The first night we checked into our room there was a very overwhelming bug spray smell coming from the curtains in the bedroom and the balcony area which caused me to investigate. Bugs were everywhere on the walls, bed covers. Small fruit flies, spiders, and roaches. Because we got into town so late we were forced to sleep in this disgusting room. So gross!! The next morning we were able to change rooms, I was honestly ready to go!!! The new room also had fruit flies on the last day we found a small roach crawling on the fridge. The hotel seemed to know the bug infestation was an issue but yet continued to sell rooms.

The checkin personnel were very nice and helpful. Our room had a unpleasant smell, and the hotel let us use an Ozone Generator to rid the unit of the smell. Check out was fast and easy. We would Love to stay again

We book the room with kitchenette, but when we try to use the oven it began to emit heavy smoke instantly. We tried every burner but the same thing occurred. Didn’t want to set fire alarm off, so just went with microwave dinners. Otherwise the room was good.
