This hotel reminded me why on this birthday i celebrated i need to be closer to Jesus because them rooms was hotttt and in i didn't sleep none of the 4 night's me and my friend was suffering to sleep in the Ac is on the wrong side in my professional opinion they where kept clean but heat from the rooms and the dirty balcony chairs can go..also when the elevator shut down i was done i checked out early couldn't last in that room another night if i wanted to sweat all night i would jus sleep outside or next to a oven

I didn't like I had to wait almost two hours to check into my room that had a 3 o'clock check in time. When asking someone who had booked a reservation three months earlier to wait an additional two hours is frustrating and aggravating to say the least. If I'm penalize for checking in early what am I receiving as a compensation for being asked to wait longer than expected for my room? And checking out was a disaster as well, the elevator was out of order and being a senior with multiply health issues to walk down 5 flights of stair with my luggage was not an easy task for me. My experience at the Quail Inn & Suites was not a good experience at all and I don't see me staying at another Quail Inn any time soon. Corporate should do better in dealing with compensation for their guest for issues that arises that inconvenience the guest for a length of time. Being told that I'm sorry your room is not ready is unacceptable when I arrived in Myrtle Beach at 9:00am and occupied myself until 3 o'clock when I was suppose to be able to check in Annoyed and frustrated are a few words that come to mind.

I liked very much that the pillows and the mattress was very comfortable to sleep. my room was clean and What I really like about it was that for a few days I wasn’t feeling well and I was really glad they have premium cable I was able to catch up to a lot of movies on Showtime and HBO and that’s very important when you’re stuck in a room . Also they are trying theIr best to make the hotel look very pleasant and enjoyable to theIr customers so all I could say is thank you

it was terrible, from the start, and continued to be bad throughout stay. cockroaches. kitchenette was unclean,cockroaches in frig. bathroom was dirty urine around the toilet. showed the housekeeping supp.& he agreed it wasn't clean and he said he was sorry. Hotel is falling apart. Drug activity goes on all over in the building and outside in the parking lot. Very unsafe. hotel front desk person was rude and did nothing to help me out except to tell me that i was just complaining to get some thing for nothing, I also took pictures to prove what i was talking about. Just a bad stay.
