For what you pay for this place it was in sad shape. The box springs and mattress need to be replaced, the floors were filthy and the bathroom was gross. The cabinets were pealing, the grout and corners in the bathroom has not been cleaned in years. Had the same issues in another room we stayed in in April. It is disappointing I have been booking this place fir several years but I think this was my last stay

Ok this was definitely a mixed bag, but I’ll try to keep it short and cover the biggies… The property has such great potential. Great location. The layout of the condo was perfect and the pool area was good. The major problem here all boils down to poor management. The grounds/pool area was not kept as clean as I would have liked. Talking to staff, sounds like there is not nearly enough people to keep up the property. Only 2 out of 3 elevators worked for the time we were there. Our telephone, refrigerator and washer all had to be replaced while we were there. And we had to really make a nuisance of ourselves to make it happen. Front office people would never ever answer the phone, even before we arrived we had this problem. Only way to reach them would be to go to the front desk. My understanding is the original owner died and left the property to family who could not care less. It’s sad really because it could be a really great place. I will say we scored a great last minute deal on our room through Expedia, otherwise I probably would have been way more annoyed lol. We had found the same room higher on airbnb. I believe a lot of the rooms have been sold out to private owners who then rent them out.

Would not recommend. Broken appliances that maintenance never ended up fixing. Non-smoking establishment yet our room smelled like cigarette smoke the entire time. Walking around the property and it always smelled like weed. Lobby is across the street so any time you need something you have to walk across the street. Loading/unloading area is very small due to the fact that they keep employee trucks parked blocking part of it. They charge a steep housecleaning fee but they tell you after you arrive that they do not clean while you stay. You are responsible for washing your own towels etc… but our washer was broke so we couldn’t. You get a message in the middle of your stay reminding you that you cannot leave trash, dirty dishes, or other things when you leave. I’m normally ok with that but then why did I get charged a rather large housekeeping fee if I’m responsible for cleaning everything myself before I leave? Amounts are not allowed in reviews but to give you an idea, I have paid less money for my entire house to be deep cleaned. Checked out early and they didn’t even ask why.
