Well we paid extra for the jetted tub in our condo but never got to use it due to the fact that the drain plug would not close and our coffee maker was broke. They however did give us a free breakfast for the our compensation. But over all it was it was great since we stayed on the beach 20 feet away

The hotel is not bad to look at or location is not bad. But everything else was terrible. The bathroom were filthy, the tubs don’t drain after showers, the pools are dirty with filth floating food. The elevators were broken, it was w/out air conditioning. It was extremely dirty. The check-in process is lengthy, the Customer Service at check in weren’t helpful.

Awesome place !!!!

I've been going to MB for 30+ years ive stayed in the cheapest place and a few $450 a night places. Crown Reef is by far the best resort of its kind. Pool and water park where clean and in excellent condition did i mention CLEAN. Excellent entertainment at pool side as well. My kids had a blast great time was had by all. Definitely my place from now own

Like the pools and water park. Thought it was crappy to have to pay $15 a night for parking after what we paid for to stay there. Parking is terrible!!!! We drive a Ford Excursion and it was such a pain to find a spot to fit into!!! Check in was 45 minutes and the elevators took forever!

I'd love to say the experience was great but it was disheartening. I never write bad reviews but this was a poor experience. Upon arrival I had no idea where to check in at. Once finding, the woman who checked me in was distracted by the drama of another guest and would stop my what she was doing in my checkin to eavesdrop, while I just stood there. The elevator took about 20 minutes to get up to our room. My room was not as presented online. It was a much more dated and very run down feeling. The lock to the door did not work and we were so tired from our trip, we just hoped and prayed that the latch would be enough and didn't want to have to spend an hour to get across the street and then back up the elevator. The toilet ran all night and we were only give one shampoo. No soap, no conditioner.

We stayed in 1404 and it was amazing. Very clean and smelled of cleanliness. View was amazing and u dont have to leave the property for anything, cause they have it onsit. For sure booking again

Oceanfront Gamble!

The hotel needs MAJOR upgrades! I reserved a 1 bedroom oceanfront suite for four people and the room was very disappointing for. Limited supplies were available in the room upon check in (no shampoo, conditioner, only one bar of soap, no box tissue). Only two elevators were operable for such a large resort in tower 1. Employees and guests were using the same elevator where they were transporting laundry carts. The pool area was decent with the exception of the portable, disgusting bathrooms they had available for the guests in the parking lot. I will not post the pics because just looking at the pics reminds me of the urine odor that came out of the bathrooms. My 94 year old mother had no choice but to use it due to her lack of mobility and urgency. The rugs in the hallway were dirty as well! Yuk! The pools are monitored and direct access to the beach is available. I loved the sunrise and sunset from the oceanfront view but will never stay at the Crown Reef again! I can get that beautiful view from another hotel with far better accommodations and amenities.

The beach was the beast part. You need to bring your own chair and towel though. Because they didn't have towels. They said they were understaffed. We got towel the first and 3rd day but not the 2nd. Couldn't find the people that rent out the chairs. They tried telling us if we did the time share we would get a chair. But other than that they didn't know who rents them out. Everything looked outdated and there was a roach chilling on the banister outside of our door. We left one day early. We were not impressed not sure how they got many good reviews.
