I liked the access to the beach but didn't like that the chairs and umbrellas had to be rented in addition to the stay. Pools were nice. DJ was cool but I feel like they need more evening/night activities. Rooms were in need of several various minor repairs like door handles, balcony door, handle missing from fridge etc. Hated that the front desk was across the road from the room location and I got no answer when I called the front desk. The laundry room only takes quarters.

Hard to communicate with. Check in process was inconvenient. Was pressured into purchasing an "insurance" package to cover incidentals at check-in and told that if opted for the incidental hold if a high amount were to put on card instead that it would be AT LEAST 14 days or longer before it would be released. Was charged for parking with no prior mention.Attempted to reach front desk with issues needing assistance during stay with no answer and no return call. Could have been an awesome stay but made to feel like rates were hidden and was a nuisance once checked in

The room was pretty nice. Bathroom ceiling much shorter then everything else and shower even less so, felt like showering in a cave. There was a soft spot in shower where it kind of felt like there was no support. A little more motel like, door was right by parking lot which can be convenient but lots of people kept setting off car alarms so that was annoying. They also didn’t have a hidden mechanical room so all the machinery/HVAC/pool stuff or whatever else was right outside the door and very loud. Sounded like a loud vacuum cleaner running right outside our door constantly. This also meant you heard all of this even when at the pools and lazy river. Was nice having a couple pool options and slides/lazy river and hot tubs. Great Italian ice stand by the pools. Ordered pickup online from the onsite restaurant and it was just ok. Was nice being right on beach and they had showers/foot washers to was sand off before coming in pools.

Great resort

I had a good experience at the resort overall, but I really wish they enforced stricter rules regarding noise levels, especially when it comes to areas like the jacuzzi and the lazy river. It was quite disappointing to be surrounded by loud music from other guests, as I came hoping to enjoy some quality family time in a more serene environment. Instead of relaxing and bonding, we found ourselves distracted by the various music choices blaring around us. It would have made a significant difference if there were guidelines to ensure a more peaceful atmosphere for everyone. First time staying at this resort while visiting Myrtle Beach. We loved being right on the beach! Check in was a little confusing, as the office is across the street. The property is huge, the room was spacious for 3 people. The pools, hot tubs and water slides were amazing, our 12 year loved it! And we appreciated how late they stayed opened. They throughly cleaned the pools and decks every morning. Staff was always willing to clean rooms and offer clean towels. The price was great for everything that the property had to offer! We definitely will stay here every time we visit from now on!

Dirty, old and staff are bad at costumer service. I wasn't aware they have a no refund policy, be aware they made you sign a paper where you acknowledge that they are not responsible if your car gets damaged or stolen on their parking lot.
