I was forced to pay for this room because of expedias mistake and the hotel didn’t care. When I purchased the room for October 4th to the 5th it was changed to the 12th and 13th neither Expedia or the hotel gave a crap. I called immediately after it was booked didn’t matter. And because I got into Myrtle after midnight I was not able to book another room for that night and had to sleep in my car in a parking lot. I’ll never use Expedia or this hotel again. Unfortunate because I was really looking forward to bringing my 2 little girls to the water park

We had an oceanfront room on floor 11. Easy to find parking, loved the amenties for the kids - especially since it rained the entire time. The room was basic and nothing to be wild about. The bathroom was small (sitting on the toilet and my knees were touching the door). Door was hard to open and close. The latch was hanging off so we were a little worried about the safety. Overall, for a place to lay our heads overnight it was good.

Review: Unacceptable Failures and Hazards Our stay was a cascade of unacceptable failures from check-in to check-out. At check-in, an employee, Janice, twice stated my credit card was "broken," then dismissed the concern. Worse, (there was nothing at all wrong with the card )we were double-charged for the stay—a major billing error. Our first room was uninhabitable due to a pervasive sewage smell and a patio view of a solid wall and waterpark deck. The second room had its own serious issues: 1. Safety Hazard: The shower water was dangerously hot (over \bm{180^\circ}F) with no cold water mixing, making it unusable for a full day and night. 2. Poor Sleep: The bed was shockingly lumpy and the pillows were so flat they offered no support. literally two pillows lifted your head off of the mattress less than a quarter of an inch two pillows. 3. Broken Fixture: The sliding door handle broke off upon use maintenance guy that fixed the tub said that happened all the time The sheer number of issues—from safety hazards and sewage to billing errors and dismissive staff—made this the worst travel experience my wife and I have ever had. The accommodations were completely inadequate. We have never left a bad review before this one could not be unsaid. They tried to double charges for the absolute worst day. The roadway in for 60 bucks a night would have been much better.

It was a nice stay for us. It was bike weekend so we did hear a lot of motorcycle noise after 9 when we sleep. House keeping never came by to change the trash and when we arrived and took our shoes off the floors were sandy throughout the condo. The property was stunning and everyone was so nice. We will be back, but with a bigger suite.
