Beach and pool were great Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. We were unable to enjoy the cafe as it wasn’t open on time as the staff was late arriving as it was explained to us which was upsetting as we couldn’t wait. Also another unfortunate experience was the constant smell of pot being smoked which was extremely unpleasant. Overall we did enjoy our stay

Hats off to staff at the front desk. Checking in was fast and easy. I have nothing to complain about! Everything was great! Being able to view the ocean in the morning is amazon. My girls and I enjoyed cooking all our meals and sitting on the balcony.We are plaining to return in November.

The staff was amazing. Our room was very nice I liked the little kitchen. The bedding was not great but it did the trick and gave us a full nights rest. High recommend this resort.

We needed a room for about seven hours, because we had a late flight and we had to checkout of our condo. This is the second year that we used this hotel and it works perfect for what we needed!!! Checkin was very easy and the staff very friendly and helpful!!!!

Just came home from a week there Oct 12-17. When we arrived there was a very NASTY storm rain and wind. Rental car was a hassle and learning how to use it was no fun in the storm. Hotel worked with us about early check in having me do everything while still waiting for the room. The weather wasn’t good but the front desk said they’d call me when the room was ready and they did. Only real problem was we were from the west coast and had to deal with a 3 hour time difference, not good,!!. So we never got room service because we had the “do not disturb” sign on. But if you put your trash out they’ll get it and towels I went to the laundry room and did exchange. So all in all it worked out . The best part was we were in the tower with a direct view of the ocean and a balcony. 14th floor out of 15. Late at night people were looking for crabs with flashlights and they had a special truck grooming the sand and empty the trash at night. Oh yea don’t forget the heated pool and hot tub.

Very bad experience in sea crest ocean front resort , I checked in at 5 pm and they said that they only have one available room on the 2nd floor , when I got in it was oceanfront just for the name sake , it was completely blocked due to trees . I went back to reception asking for higher floor but they said they don’t have any availability as all room are dirty and they don’t have cleaning staff . At last had to stay in the same room. Expedia customer care also tried but they also got the same response. Also the room are not cleaned properly. I would say it’s a 1.5-2 star property

The room was not big but it was cozy, clean, and very convenient with enough kitchen items to resolve any food emergency. The view of the beach and the ocean was simply amazing! That is, if you prefer to stay in the room. The beach was a short walk from the resort and easily accessible
