I was given a dirty room when I first arrived at the hotel. The sofa was filthy, fridge rusted and shelf’s broken inside, Hottub fixtures broken as well. Was given another room which was a little bit cleaner but had black mold spores on the chairs.

The bedroom was dark. The tile was broken, the refrigerator was rusted, the balcony door did not open easily just enough we had to wiggle through sideways as it would close on you.The room did not match the photos. We got there early and were told they would call when our room was ready no call happened. No biggie but when I went to the front desk 4 hours later I was treated rudely and given a horrible room. In fact I was dismissed, maybe she was having a bad day, fair No big deal. If resort is in your name do better! There was a murphy bed in the living area that was neat but the smell was so bad We had to keep it closed and air the room out due to the smell. There is nothing close so definitely rent a car or drive! If you are at the pool or beach you need to walk up to the second floor just to use the bathroom. Which is both inconvenient and ridiculous. The elevators were constantly broken making getting anywhere time consuming. When i checked out they never asked how my stay was! Maybe they just know their facility is a disappointment. I maybe get to go on vacation every 6 years so this was not worth the price even though it seemed like a good deal!

We spent a good time here. Check-in process was easy. Easy access to the pools and beach. It is located in a very nice area. On the other hand bathtub was clogged with hair. Cold water barely worked. The room smells was musty. Next time I would like to try the condos.

Good Place to stay

Nice place to stay. They did not keep up with cleaning the pools. They weee pretty dirty with hair and sunscreen floating in the by evening. Our room was nice and spacious. We had a beautiful view of the ocean.

I would recommend that they clean the pools daily. First day I went into the pool with my 3 year old I was disgusted of how dirty the pool was. I guess someone else’s complained because the following day it was better but after all I enjoyed staying at sandy beach oceanfront resort, everything was convenient… staff were very nice.

The location was great and convenient and the pools and hot tubs were great and easy access to beach. However, the room was very outdated and needs renovations badly. Need to enforce people from wearing clothes and socks in the pool. All staff were very nice

Is the only one with good access to the beach also has kitchen with everything in there ideal to cook close to some amenities you can walk you have in front an store to buy anything is comfortable I like it definitely 100% recommend
