First at check in your attendant just looked at us until I said here to check in. Get to our room and 78 with hear on. 75 outside. Turn the heat off then turn air on after we unloaded everything went to walk on beach come back hot room and no air. Went down to desk and told him. He repeatedly call maintenance but no answer. I told him we where going to go out to eat be back came back go up still hot not working. Go back downstairs and he calls maintenance again. Maintenance shows up said can’t fix it but could bring you fans. I said I paid and should have to stay in a hot room. They move us we load and go to that room and it had not been cleaned. So go back downstairs and tell him that. So he said put u in 508 and I said really like higher. So he found one and it was nice. Next morning awaken by maid. She said room supposed to be vacant and she was going to touch it up. So leaving for lunch stop and told the desk and he never moved us to the correct unit. To much hassle. He did comp us one morning breakfast. Which wasn’t hitting on much with cold food. But the facility it self was nice and the bar at the pool great and awesome service. Just don’t know if we would stay again.
